BAYPROJE - Empowering the Minds of the Future
Who We Are BAYPROJE (Bayburt Information Sharing and Project Development Association) is a non-governmental organization founded in 2011. Located in the heart of Bayburt, we specialize in identifying and nurturing high-potential students through advanced analytical training.

Our Core Programs

Mathematics Inquiry Workshop: For 9 years, we have been running a merit-based program for gifted students. We select the top 10% of candidates through a rigorous examination process and provide 2 years of free, high-level mathematical training.

Literary Analysis & Storytelling: For 15 years, we have organized provincial story-writing competitions to bridge the gap between literature and logical reasoning.

AI & Computational Thinking: In 2026, we are launching our "AI & Logic Lab" to prepare our students for the digital age by teaching the mathematical foundations of Artificial Intelligence.

Transparency & Institutional Excellence We believe in accountability. Our activities are governed by formal guidelines, and our first 10 years of social impact are documented in our comprehensive "Activity Book (2011-2021)".
